Verse 1: Wal'aadi yaati dab-haaa.
Verse 2: Fal moo-ri-yaa-ti qad-haaa.
Verse 3: Fal moo-ghee-raa-ti sub-haaa.
Verse 4: Fa a-thar-na bi-hee naq'aaa.
Verse 5: Fa-wa sat-na bi-hee jam'aaa.
Verse 6: In-nal-in-saa-na li-rab-bi-hee la-ka-nood.
Verse 7: Wa in-na-hoo 'a-laa zaa-li-ka la-sha-heed.
Verse 8: Wa in-na-hoo li-hub-bil-khai-ri la sha-deed.
Verse 9: A-fa-la ya'la-mu i-za b'u-thi-ra maa fil-qu-boor.
Verse 10: Wa hus-si-la maa fis-su-door.
Verse 11: In-na rab-ba-hum bi-him yau-ma 'i-zil-la-kha-beer.
Translation
Verse 1: By the racers, panting,
Verse 2: And the producers of sparks [when] striking
Verse 3: And the chargers at dawn,
Verse 4: Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,
Verse 5: Arriving thereby in the center collectively,
Verse 6: Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.
Verse 7: And indeed, he is to that a witness.
Verse 8: And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.
Verse 9: But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered
Verse 10: And that within the breasts is obtained,
Verse 11: Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Aware.
