Pronunciation: Yaa hay-yu yaa qay-yoom, bi-rahmatika as-ta-gheeth, As-lih liy sha' niy kul-lahu, wa laa ta-kil-niy i-laa naf-siy tar-fata ayn.
Meaning: O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting & Supporter of all, by Your mercy I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs & do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye.
Virtue: Anas ibn Maalik (Radhiallaahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) once mentioned to Sayyiduna Faatima (Radhiallaahu Anha) to recite the following supplication morning and evening:
‘Yaa hayyu yaa qayoomu, birahmatika astagheeth. Aslih liy sha-aniy kulluhu wa laa takilniy ilaa nafsiy tarfata aynin.’
