Pronunciation: Bismika Rabbi Wa-da`tu Janbi, wa bika ar-fa'u-hu, In am-sak-ta naf-si fagh-fir laha, wa in ar-sal-taha fah-faz-ha bi-ma tah-fazu bihi 'iba-da-kas-sa-lihin.
Meaning: With Your Name my Lord, I lay myself down and with Your Name I rise. And if my soul You take, forive it, and if You send it back then protect it. as You protection Your righteous slaves.
Virtue: Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When anyone of you goes to bed, he should dust it off thrice with the edge of his garment, and say: Bismika Rabbi Wada`tu janbi, wa bika arfa'hu. In amsakta nafsi faghfir laha, wa in arsaltaha fahfazha bima tahfaz bihi 'ibadaka-s-salihin."
