Verse 1: Wai lul-li kulli hu mazatil-lumazah
Verse 2: Al-la-zi jama'a maa-law-wa'ad-da-dah
Verse 3: Yah-sabu an-na maa-lahoo akhladah
Verse 4: Kal-la layum ba zan-na fil hutamah
Verse 5: Wa maaa ad-raa-ka mal-hutamah
Verse 6: Na-rul-laahil-moo-qadah
Verse 7: Al-la-tee tat-ta-li'u 'a-lal-af-idah
Verse 8: In-naha 'alai-him mu'i-sadah
Verse 9: Fee 'a-ma-dim-mu mad-da-dah
Translation
Verse 1: Woe to every scorner and mocker
Verse 2: Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it.
Verse 3: He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal.
Verse 4: No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher.
Verse 5: And what can make you know what is the Crusher?
Verse 6: It is the fire of Allah, [eternally] fueled,
Verse 7: Which mounts directed at the hearts.
Verse 8: Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them
